A stunning contemporary spec mansion in Miami Beach with 100 feet of frontage along Biscayne Bay sold for $20 million, making it one of the highest sales within the last year and the biggest on Bay Road in the same timeframe.
The 12,000-square-foot waterfront residence is near the homes of former Miami Heat stars Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade. Asking $25 million, the estate was developed by Bart Reines and Brett Palos, and features a rooftop terrace, elevator, movie theater, three family rooms, and a summer kitchen.
A unique detail of the home, which we featured in October: One of the artworks, Wifredo Lam’s “Sur Les Traces,” was valued as high as $3.5 million.
EWM’s Esther Percal was the listing agent and EWM’s Nelson Gonzalez represented the buyer, per The Real Deal.
